As remote and hybrid work became the norm, teams lacked visually consistent, brand-aligned backgrounds for virtual meetings. Existing options felt generic, distracting, or inconsistent across departments, weakening brand presence during high-visibility moments like client calls, town halls, and internal presentations. The challenge was to create backgrounds that felt professional, human, and on-brand.
The project began with a deep dive into the brand’s mission and visual identity to ensure every background felt intentional and on-brand. I explored multiple creative directions, balancing photography, graphic systems, and color overlays to support different meeting contexts while maintaining visual consistency. Each composition was designed with careful attention to contrast, depth, and negative space so presenters remained the focal point on screen. The final system was refined for scalability, ensuring the backgrounds perform seamlessly across teams, screen sizes, and virtual platforms while reinforcing a cohesive brand presence.
The final solution is a curated set of branded wallpapers designed specifically for virtual collaboration. Each background reinforces the brand’s message—Building a Healthier Tomorrow—while offering variety for different teams and moments.
