The goal was to transform complex sustainability data and corporate responsibility initiatives into a clear, visually engaging publication.
I reviewed the company’s sustainability data, corporate responsibility initiatives, and brand standards to identify best practices for presenting complex information with clarity and transparency. I also evaluated internal communications and company assets to determine how authentic employee imagery could strengthen engagement. These insights informed design decisions that struck a balance between credibility, readability, and connection for an employee audience.
I executed the project using clean layouts, consistent typography, and a clear, intuitive structure to keep the content accessible and credible. By leveraging company photography highlighting real employees, collaboration, and culture, I brought a human element to the design that fostered connection and invited employees to engage more deeply with the piece, reinforcing the brand’s vision of “Building a Healthier Tomorrow.”
